THE 2009 OVERVIEW

During 2009, everything that is false, that is based on selfish
greed or the illusion of separation or that lacks integrity will be
ultra magnified until it fails. All that is true and integrous will
succeed. This puts everything ON THE LINE for us. Do we follow the
road that takes us to our Wildest Dreams or do we continue traveling
on the road that is quickly turning into a nightmare?

Throughout the year, many of us will relocate to the places of our
New Lives if we're real and true and if our personal matrix is clear.
Even if we don't physically move to a new location, our immediate
environment will be noticeably different. Once this happens, there
will be a dramatic shift of the people and props in our life; our new
careers will be revealed; our One True Loves will be met. Even our
daily routines and accustomed habits will change.

Regarding jobs and careers: In 2009 we will have much greater
success creating our own jobs and working with like minded others than
working at old duality-based jobs. This is because the whole
duality-based economy is in the process of Null-Zoning.

This is the year for the Emergence of the True Ones. People all
over the world will openly step into their full mastery so they can
fulfill their true purpose. There will be a dramatic changing of the
guard and passing of the sceptres of responsibility.

And all the while, everything built upon the illusion of duality
will continue to fall apart....

This can make walking through 2009 challenging at times. We need
to be ultra aware of what is going on in the world, yet we have to be
careful not to get pulled into it. No matter what is happening around
us, we must follow a clear trajectory into the New and True.

2009 has two very distinct parts, each with an unique focus.

JANUARY - MAY

The first half of the year from January through May resembles a
construction site with all the workers arriving at the same time to
begin work on a large project. Each person has their own special
skills which are greatly needed to complete the mammoth project in
front of us. There is much to achieve in a short time which requires
tremendous focus and effort from us. And although there is a blur of
heightened activity, if we remain focused on our goal, much can be
achieved with a minimum of stress.

During this time, there will be lots of Ho'o Pono Pono or Making
Things Right taking place. We will continually scour our beings to
find anything that holds us back or keeps us untrue. One of the things
that we must get free of is being held back by the control of the
petty tyrant of our ego. We simply can't be ego driven any more if we
want to become True Beings. When we put on the false garments of the
ego, we are trying to cover up our feelings of insecurity and
inadequacy, that we are not good enough. This false veneer may fool
some people; it may make us temporarily feel better, but it only holds
us back from being real and true. Our egos absolutely need to be
brought into alignment with our True Core Selves in order for us to
travel on the road of Emergence. There is nothing better than being
our True Core Self. It's no longer about acquiring power or knowledge;
it's about being real.

Others things that can hold us back are doubting what we really
know to be true, the fear of failure that we won't be good enough,
lack of confidence in our own abilities, and the fear of leaping
without a visible safety net. All of these elements must be removed
from our personal matrix as soon as possible.

We must now clear up any remaining residue of the past and heal
any wounds that we accumulated during our journey. There will be much
focus on completing the old. We will be sifting through everything,
getting rid of old stuff both inside ourselves and in our outer
environment. We will be tying up loose threads and closing many old
chapters of our lives. At the same time, we will acquire essential
tools and skills for our New Lives. Many things will be shifted out of
their old positions into new temporary ones. On many levels we will
feel that we are in transit.

Part of our vast letting go of the past will be stepping out of
unfulfilling relationships, jobs and activities. Much is on the move
during these months. Many of us will relocate during this time. If so,
we may not move directly to our final destination, but rather to a
temporary position within the right area.

We will also experience a series of things clicking into position.
This includes meeting key people from our New Lives and a clicking in
with our outer environment. We will be integrating some of the people
we already know with ones whom we've just met. This will create a new
energy dynamic. We will discover that we are not meant to do things by
ourselves anymore, that our greatest success comes with working with
others in mutual support. Many of us will come together with kindred
people to form new communities of mutual support. Living and working
with kindred people will immeasurably strengthen our position for it
is the way of the New.

Around March, we will be looking for our right new situation,
especially regarding where we live and the new work we will do. We
will be testing the waters, making new connections and finding a place
to land as we organize our New Life. We will be dealing with lots of
practicalities. This will continue in April as we get more settled and
start spreading out our roots to see what's there. We will also
experience a creative surge that is inspired by our new landscape. And
the waters of the River of new True Love will start flowing....

May brings us a change of gears that signifies a powerful shift.
The Surf rises to tsunami proportions to bring us major quantum
breakthroughs that will move us to an entirely new level that we
barely knew existed. This is when we will see the first new shoots of
the plants we have put into our new landscape rise to the surface. We
are swept along in the rising currents of the River of new True Love
as it flows into the Ocean of Love.

JUNE

The month of June stands by itself. It is a mega Turning Point
which vastly transforms us. The pivot that has held things into their
old positions make its final turn and everything shifts into its new
position. Any remaining veils suddenly drop away and the wonder of our
new landscape is fully revealed. During this time, we will suddenly
see things that we didn't know existed. This will occur on the
physical all around us. It will feel like our color spectrum suddenly
expands, enabling us to see new colors. In June we will also
experience our first MUA as the New Matrix of One True Love is finally
born. This will fling open the floodgates of Pure Heart True Love.

JULY - DECEMBER

For the rest of the year, we will move comfortably into our New
Lives. It won't be difficult to adjust; it will feel natural. We will
be joining together with our true people to live and work together.
There will be a strong sense of connectedness with kindred people,
even with those who live on the other side of the planet. The sleeping
giant of our One Being will finally shake off its slumber and arise
into its magnificence. Sharing responsibility and serving as One, we
will finally be doing what we really came here to do on a vast scale.
At the same time, we will finally be able to turn our attention to our
personal needs and desires, taking care of any health issues that
we've neglected from lack of time or lack of funds.

Those who are true and real will be traveling on a massive Fast
Track. Yet, although much will be happening, it will not be
overwhelming because we will be doing it together as ONE.

Our long suppressed creativity will spill out to the surface. Our
One True Loves will be at our side. We will joyously live our Wildest
Dreams filled with LOVE beyond anything presently imaginable.

And all the while, everything built upon the illusion of duality
will continue to fall apart....

Are you feeling like you need to catch your breath? May was a pressure cooker in many ways with an energy build that pushed our buttons and forced us to look at the "truth" of ourselves. At times we felt like we were, spinning our wheels and nothing was happening - yet we were doing everything "right" so too speak.

May gave us an opportunity to check-in with our "internal optimist" and further clarify any lingering fears hanging in the shadows. Once again, we were presented with a grand opportunity to move forward with a new foundation, providing we weren't sabotaging ourselves with old patterns. If you had to re-examine some old stuff it is a great jumping off point for June!

During the month of May, I had the wonderful opportunity to teach workshops in London and Belgium. It was such a pleasure to put faces to names, meet and connect with soul-family. No matter where we are on our beloved planet - we are connected and experiencing similar personal journeys. A deep heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone that participated and welcomed me with such loving pure hearts.

May felt like a roller-coaster ride and June will be soaring high and surfing big. June will feel like things open up and break free - on the proviso that we are communicating our deepest truth in our intentions and interactions with others.

Communication is at the heart of all our relationships - the first and most important one with ourselves. Fear permeates much of our communication and creates illusions with our own inner dialogue. How we communicate with ourselves is the starting point of how we communication with ALL others.

Is there a real and deep truth to your inner dialogue with and about your true feelings and desires? Do the words you speak and share with yourself and others match the energy behind the words? How many times have you seen a seemingly innocent comment from one person create a fiery reaction in another? The words weren't necessarily at play - but the energy sent behind those words was.

Transparency in our communication is matching the energy with our words. We are at the point of our spiritual evolution that true impeccability with our communication is not only essential but also a pivotal part of our mastery. This type of communication is demanding and requires a complete overhaul of our old ways and patterns. The first five months of 2009 have been the energy foundation for this.

Every relationship will require a grounding of truthful transparent communication, in order for higher frequency and vibration to have a point of entry. Gone are the days of energy games and hiding behind empty truth.

We don't often think about this aspect of communication, yet it is only from a truthful, transparent communication with ourselves that we can take the action needed to heal existing relationships and create new ones. When we can communicate truthfully with ourselves on ALL levels, we can see and sense communication being shared by others. We will know without question when words say one thing and the energy another. Decisions and agreements will be much easier to navigate with others.

The energy of June will open up many layers of communication that may have been burdened with old patterns. Naturally, this can be challenging as we face some sobering parts of ourselves - yet this is a bridge to higher dimensional communication.

Beyond the 3rd dimension, communication is telepathic, truthful and heart centered. We are being given tools to take the necessary steps to expand this aspect of ourselves. Each of us exist in all dimensions in every moment, and our higher dimensional selves require truthful transparent communication here and now in order for us to access more of the wisdom we each have.

The aspect of linear time here in the 3rd dimension has been a profound learning ground in honing our communication. The lag time between the thought and the manifestation was long enough that we could learn the skills to be conscious and aware of what we are creating. The next step is now in the transparency of our communication and manifestation.

Every cell in our body receives and interprets our thoughts, and the energy behind the words. Many of us have been schooled in the use of affirmations, which are a wonderful way to begin changing negative patterns. For affirmations to be an effective tool now - the words must match your inner truth and energy.

June will stir up many uncertainties in some and kick-start lots of opportunities in others. If you are feeling like you are slogging through mud uphill - then June will give you the energy and insight into what the truth of that slogging might be. It is vital that we not be in judgment but in gratitude for the opportunity to find solution.

The energy waves of June will be filled with action energy - for some this will be a welcome relief, for others it can feel overwhelming. While this in itself is a polarity, the truth is that each of us carries a different level of emotional maturity and well-being. For some this energy will be a sobering look at old behaviors and communication patterns.

Relationships bogged down in old patters will change, evolve, or possibly end. Nothing new there - that has been happening for months. New opportunities will be available to all willing to release fear and communicate from the heart. This is a work in progress and will continue for the balance of 2009. We are continuing to re-calibrate the deepest parts of ourselves, thereby changing our perception and truth. We are taking bigger and bigger steps in our vibrational mastery - it is an exciting yet daunting timing.

Physically, the coming weeks can be challenging. Our nervous systems will feel amped up in this energy. Most of us have an over energized system to begin with and this added energy can cause feelings of anxiety, fatigue, headaches, body pain, depression, sleep irregularities to name just a few symptoms. Everyone is different and tuning in to your body is always best, however making sure you are getting enough minerals, digesting your food properly, moving the body as you are able and keeping your immune system strong will go along way in helping you feel balanced.

Full Moon - June 7th - this illuminating moon will focus on communication and how this affects all aspects of our lives. This moon will illuminate the beliefs we have woven into our communication patters.

Solstice - June 20th. In the northern hemisphere this is the summer solstice - in the southern the winter. It is a mid-point transformation and a favorite of many lightworkers and starseeds. Solstice means "stand still of the sun". The sun rises and sets at the same place on the horizon for three days - appearing to "stand still". The three-day Solstice window is powerful and always individual. With the other planetary alignments, this Solstice will move us into new energies and directions. Be prepared and open for change.

New Moon - June 22nd . This new moon will be emotionally intense and will fire many hidden gifts and talents. Communication will be at the forefront and require transparency in its highest form.

It is important to remember as we walk the energy of June that we as a collective are in the midst of an unprecedented shift in consciousness about our beloved Mother Earth. Our frequency and vibration is accelerating at light speed, effecting every minute living cell with our body and every living thing upon our planet.

The shifts in energy are palpable for everyone, and most are experiencing levels of stress like never before. Many are leaving the planet now through illness or earth changes. It is important to understand this is all part of our personal and planetary ascension process and we birth into the new.

Enjoy the coming weeks and feel your heart initiate new communication transparency with ease and grace.

HO'OPONOPONO

"Two years ago, I heard about a therapist in Hawaii who cured a complete ward of criminally insane patients--without ever seeing any of them. The psychologist would study an inmate's chart and then look within himself to see how he created that person's illness. As he improved himself, the patient improved.

"When I first heard this story, I thought it was an urban legend. How could anyone heal anyone else by healing himself? How could even the best self-improvement master cure the criminally insane? It didn't make any sense. It wasn't logical, so I dismissed the story.

"However, I heard it again a year later. I heard that the therapist had used a Hawaiian healing process called ho 'oponopono. I had never heard of it, yet I couldn't let it leave my mind. If the story was at all true, I had to know more. I had always understood "total responsibility" to mean that I am responsible for what I think and do. Beyond that, it's out of my hands. I think that most people think of total responsibility that ay. We're responsible for what we do, not what anyone else does--but that's wrong.

"The Hawaiian therapist who healed those mentally ill people would teach me an advanced new perspective about total responsibility. His name is Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len. We probably spent an hour talking on our first phone call. I asked him to tell me the complete story of his work as a therapist. He explained that he worked at Hawaii State Hospital for four years. That ward where they kept the criminally insane was dangerous.

Psychologists quit on a monthly basis. The staff called in sick a lot or simply quit. People would walk through that ward with their backs against the wall, afraid of being attacked by patients. It was not a pleasant place to live, work, or visit.

"Dr. Len told me that he never saw patients. He agreed to have an office and to review their files. While he looked at those files, he would work on himself. As he worked on himself, patients began to heal.

"'After a few months, patients that had to be shackled were being allowed to walk freely,' he told me. 'Others who had to be heavily medicated were getting off their medications. And those who had no chance of ever being released were being freed.' I was in awe.'Not only that,' he went on, 'but the staff began to enjoy coming to work. Absenteeism and turnover disappeared. We ended up with more staff than we needed because patients were being released, and all the staff was showing up to work. Today, that ward is closed.'

"This is where I had to ask the million dollar question: 'What were you doing within yourself that caused those people to change?'

"'I was simply healing the part of me that created them,' he said. I didn't understand. Dr. Len explained that total responsibility for your life means that everything in your life- simply because it is in your life--is your responsibility. In a literal sense the entire world is your creation.

"Whew. This is tough to swallow. Being responsible for what I say or do is one thing. Being responsible for what everyone in my life says or does is quite another. Yet, the truth is this: if you take complete responsibility for your life, then everything you see, hear, taste, touch, or in any way experience is your responsibility because it is in your life. This means that terrorist activity, the president, the economy or anything you experience and don't like--is up for you to heal. They don't exist, in a manner of speaking, except as projections from inside you. The problem isn't with them, it's with you, and to change them, you have to change you.

"I know this is tough to grasp, let alone accept or actually live. Blame is far easier than total responsibility, but as I spoke with Dr. Len, I began to realize that healing for him and in ho 'oponopono means loving yourself.

"If you want to improve your life, you have to heal your life. If you want to cure anyone, even a mentally ill criminal you do it by healing you.

"I asked Dr. Len how he went about healing himself. What was he doing, exactly, when he looked at those patients' files?

"'I just kept saying, 'I'm sorry' and 'I love you' over and over again,' he explained.

"That's it?

"That's it.

"Turns out that loving yourself is the greatest way to improve yourself, and as you improve yourself, you improve your world.

"Let me give you a quick example of how this works: one day, someone sent me an email that upset me. In the past I would have handled it by working on my emotional hot buttons or by trying to reason with the person who sent the nasty message.

"This time, I decided to try Dr. Len's method. I kept silently saying, 'I'm sorry' and 'I love you,' I didn't say it to anyone in particular. I was simply evoking the spirit of love to heal within me what was creating the outer circumstance.

"Within an hour I got an e-mail from the same person. He apologized for his previous message. Keep in mind that I didn't take any outward action to get that apology. I didn't even write him back. Yet, by saying 'I love you,' I somehow healed within me what was creating him.

"I later attended a ho 'oponopono workshop run by Dr. Len. He's now 70 years old, considered a grandfatherly shaman, and is somewhat reclusive.

He praised my book, The Attractor Factor. He told me that as I improve myself, my book's vibration will raise, and everyone will feel it when they read it. In short, as I improve, my readers will improve.

"'What about the books that are already sold and out there?' I asked.

"'They aren't out there,' he explained, once again blowing my mind with his mystic wisdom. 'They are still in you.' In short, there is no out there. It would take a whole book to explain this advanced technique with the depth it deserves.

"Suffice It to say that whenever you want to improve anything in your life, there's only one place to look: inside you. When you look, do it with love."

We Have/Have We ...Arrived?

I know what your thinking...

June 21st came and went, and things feel...if anything...worse.

What the?

Tho technically I am reporting to you from a new timeline, like many of you, my body has not quite had the full pleasure of catching up to it....yet...so please bear with me as I try to type between naps.

Based on the high-speed inter-connectivity of the new energy grid, I know that many of you are feeling the same sluggishness coupled with fatigue, aching muscles and bones, sleepiness/lessness, toxicity, irritability with a dash of resentment, and overall low vitality...so for those of you who can barely make it out of bed to the computer, I hear you... and this message is for you.

What happened?

We are adjusting to the new frequencies and for many... it flat-out hurts.

To apply a well-overused metaphor, the solstice on June 21st was kind of like that last labor push where you have no idea where/how you will find even a shred of energy to birth this new life, but somehow, somewhere, something deep inside of you takes over and carries you through to the other side.

Only in my metaphor, we are both the birth-er and the birth-ee...giving birth to ourselves in some morphological and oddly understandable way ...which really means that we get to experience both the labor pains AND the physical (and shocking) transition into a new space. (Kids: don't try this at home)

Where are we?

We have officially landed.

What now?

Choose to rest as though you had a choice in the matter.

Collectively, we just (willingly?) ventured through an ass-kicking portal that served up quite an assortment of non-pleasures. And unless you are uber-sensitive, where we are now does not feel much different than where we were all-May-long...the only real discernible difference is that the discomfort has intensified.

Please realize that this experience is totally not a blanket statement, just an explanation of my connection to, and assessment of energy as I perceive the majority of starseeds/lightworkers experiencing it. In opposition to this, I have also heard from some, though few, who said that June 1st actually marked the beginning of the new for them, and from others that forward movement and manifestation has finally returned and that things are falling perfectly into place.

You are certainly not an outcast if you DO NOT feel like a total misery-magnet right now...we all have different and perfect timing and in the grand scheme of things, the solstice served as a general marker, an energetic gateway to walk through, integrate and experience new lands.

That said, things will balance out shortly for the rest of us slowpokes and manifestation will soon become effortless again... right after these bulky flesh-suits complete the final extraction of those cellular memories that have been trapped in 3D, and that shaped our past realities through polarity.

Keep in mind, as with the entire climb in consciousness thus far, that each time we ascend to a higher vibration our physical bodies must re-calibrate, restructure and balance-out based on new and higher dimensional commands. Each and every cell is in constant communication with our consciousness, so as we release fear-based energies and cellular memories of discordance, our bodies must adapt and reform to match the new & higher vibration of self.

The physical symptoms from squeezing through the solstice vary, as always, but the most intense (for me) and widely reported seem to be flu-like fatigue and overall aching/soreness...and I mean everywhere... like...even my hair hurts.

This is completely normal with the dumping of so many energetic and physical toxins (healing crisis), so if you are feeling like you just had major surgery, know that in some ways you did...you have successfully excised the final physical impressions of a life outworn.

Other symptoms to note are greatly related to the electrical rewiring and grounding process: muscle twitches, sore/tight/stiff neck & shoulders, 3d eye openings/clearings (dizziness/unsteadiness/sinus discomfort/popping in and out of dimensions/timelines..aka disorientation), heart/thymus openings (palpitations/middle back soreness/heartburn/indigestion), root chakra openings/clearings ( lower back aching/soreness/pain, intestinal clearings, bloating/weight gain, skin eruptions/itching, menstrual-type cramps, sciatica, leg pains/soreness), etc.

The other side

June 22nd, the new moon in Cancer, marked the beginning of the next phase of our journey...the creation of spiritual mastery in form! This means, among other things, that very soon we will look in the mirror and see the person we always knew was there, but was desperately striving to meet us in the physical...in other words, we will finally see the outer reflection of all our internal work.

On the morning of the new moon I awoke to a chatty team of overzealous invisibles who were cheering me on like some maniacal Manchester United soccer fan. Because I felt like I had been hit by a minivan, I found it very difficult to share in their enthusiasm, but apparently...and according to them... this day marked the beginning of the rest of our lives...and they desperately wanted us to know it...

Here's a short excerpt from that communication:

"The journey into oneness has completed itself for the warriors of the new way. For this brigade, life will be structured by different means and each of you will be well supported and well cared for in this place you call home.

Where each of you had been stationed for most of your earthly life thus far, was far from what you remember, but now you have arrived. We are so elated at what's in store that it is hard to conceal our excitement, however, we will say this...that you are bound to be astonished at what you have achieved.

Through each act of divine grace, you will be bestowed upon as though you have never experienced strife.

You will have each step before you planned out according to your intentions, and melded with the forces that be, so that your only role from now onward will be to effortlessly follow the path that is laid before you.

By default, each step will be aligned with the highest good and you will understand the true meaning of earthly abundance as never before.

What is most notable will be the way that you feel and respond to it all... for it will seem as though you have always managed such divine energies.

And herein lies the proof of mastery...not that you have become ascended masters, but that you always have been."
